Processing and Handling Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that some custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. If your order requires additional time, we will let you know.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery within the USA generally takes 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, UPS service, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on the UPS shipping rate for the order and delivery destination. The applicable shipping cost will be shown during checkout.
International orders are also shipped through UPS, and shipping costs depend on the UPS rate for the destination.
Customers receiving international orders are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other government charges associated with the shipment.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
